Pre-Kindergarten And the Voluntary Florida Free Pre-K Program
Research confirms the very high value of early education for young children.Pre-Kindergarten programs lead to important growth in children’s intellectual and social development, which lays a foundation for their future academic success.Our quality programs provide a fun and challenging curriculum to engage children in thinking, reasoning, and communicating with others.The Jacksonville Jewish Center Preschool has participated in the Florida Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program since 2005. This program provides tuition-free education for four-year-olds in an approved, high-quality learning program. The goal of VPK is to prepare preschoolers for kindergarten and build a foundation for their future educational success.
